Fact is I have been super busy and sometimes things just get away from me. I am hoping to turn this site into a good forum and product resource for runescape.

Well that is my ultimate plan. When things start moving, it will probably happen quicker then you think.

“The two people scamm“

This scam always involves two people (really? I would have never guessed… )
So here is here it how it all starts (once upon a time) one person says that he can’t be bothered to get…lets say…. A yellow bead and he says he is willing to pay 20k (no, I don’t think he’s “mental”) and you say to your self “he’s mental!” But then a little down the road his buddy (his evil assistant) says “selling yellow bead for 5k “ and you fall for there trap thinking something like “wow I can make a easy 15k!!” so you buy the bead for 5k but when you go to trade with the guy that’s buying the bead he never trades with you result = the two scammers make 5k of a item that’s worth 5 gp !!! (wopsy daisy). P.s. common newbie scam. (newbies beware!)

“The duplicate scam”

so here is an other common scam. Some (mean) people tell you to drop the trade items on the floor (Don’t ever do this) but if you do they will tell you to press alt + 4 to duplicate that item. DON’T –E-V-E-R — DO THIS NEVER EVER!
What it really dos is, that it closes your internet window!!(now I’m in hot waters!)
Result= You: (cry) and lose that item! Him:(laughs) get the item!!
Or they will tell you to give them a item and they will say that they can duplicate that item
-trade accepted-
-stupid scammer is now off-line-
You:……ops….
Now the best thing to do is to report him for item scamming.(but you wont get that item back (runescape policy) )

“The password scam”

OK,ok,ok, lets make one thing clear….Jagex DOSEN’T block you passwor!(they like totally don’t) So if some one tells you that it comes out as little*********things they are nothing but big (fat) lyres! You should report them straight way for password scamming.

“Jagex staff impersonation”

If someone claims to be a Jagex staff and they’re not you should report then straight away for Jagex staff impersonation (you’re reported!… Just kidin’) BEWARE: sometimes they are really jagex staff! (but they wouldn’t be showing off by the way) the way to tell is when they speak there should be a crown next to there name.

“Other stuff”

If someone is always swearing (they need 2 good slaps on their bottoms) then you should first warn them that you will report them if they carry on. but if they do carry on then report them(simple as that!) then log of to a different world.
There is also a rule in runescape that says it is against the rules to advertise like websites so if you wana advertise your site….don’t!…or at least not on runescape…if you see people doing it you can report them.
Some annoying people try to ask for your age or where you live and if you don’t tell them they will follow you and stuff. YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THAT! *takes a deep breath* so all you have to do is report them for “asking for personal details” and change worlds.

Nah there are quite a few that frequent this blog.

About 500 a day or so.

I have a community portal in building now. We should have the basic thing together by next weekend.

And then we will start adding normal guides into it. There will be a forum, membership options and what not.

Also for anyone that wants to be a moderator and if we accept you on a months trial first. We will pay your advanced runescape membership for as long as you are a moderator.

Pretty sweet deal we think.

Design hopefully will be completed in a few days, I was told sunday. Then I just have to do some testing on it before I put it live.

Also on top of the membership thing for moderators. We will be looking for people who can write quality in-depth guides on certain aspects of runescape including screenshots.

We will pay between $20 and $50 per guide depending on the length and quality of hte guide.

The most important thing with the guides would be well written english.

Nice idea with the guide, the runescape community could use a few F2P tips (I say this even though I am member), I would like to see the fastest and most profitable ways of making money, a guide for merchanting until 1M (or higher if anybody’s up to it), a melee combat guide (what’s best to train on at what level, it doesn’t have to be the most profitable) and guides on how to beat some of the more difficult quests (such as Monkey Madness, Legends Quest. Also advise people sttrongly to not try the Underground Uass quest with 25 agility as a fool like me )

Good luck with setting up the forum and with completing the guide.

Wow, i’m back here, don’t know why was just checking my favorites.
So, i’ve seen lots of updates heres, and you want someone to be moderator, well, i’m 14 yo, might not be old enough for your likes, but if you choose me i promise to be strict and fair of course, i don’t think i wrote anything bad about you in the past, so won’t apogolise..for now .
