| Perhaps part of the reason that we aren't getting any new members is this. After about 15 posts, on average, the thread goes completely off topic. The last 13 posts in this thread, about the problem itself, were entirely unproductive. That can have a tendency to really discourage people from joining and making new threads, if they see that threads are hijacked so easily. I'm not blaming anyone, I'm guilty of it myself. But I think we all need to try and be better about staying on topic? After all, we DO have a Random and Spam Box.

| I am probably one of the most guilty. But nah, I don't think that is the problem. Maybe the problem is having long threads. Because seriously, a guest won't read 20 pages. So the problem isn't the content itself, it's more the size. But staying on-topic would help, of course. We are an uncut gem.

| Whatever Cho. Being able to dynamically enjoy a thread isn't the problem. The whole point of living, and participating in an online forum specifically, is to enjoy your time. If a thread gets "hijacked" then so be it. The point being, we always end up back on subject. Our PROBLEM, is the layout, no real means of advertising, and a general lack of concern.
