| Sup? This is KM's MMM Guide, and I'll show you how to make money, and build your skills quickly and effectively. Sooo, let's start at BARE MINIMUM, not even just out of the tutorial, but you've got level 1 in everything but HP, being 10. Your bank is bare and there's no money in your bank WHATSOEVER. If you want to go crazy and imagine you don't have clothes or hair either, go ahead, I won't stop you. I'll continue to update this with more definite prices and examples and the such, while time goes on. So you've got nothing at the moment, but you'll have thousands, in just one day if you trust me. It'll take a while to make millions, but RuneScape has always been a game you should play with utmost patience. Methods- --I) Clay ------Soft clay -II) Mining -------Smithing III) Cow Hide ------Hard Leather IV) Feathers -V) Bones VI) Fishing VII) Others ------Yews, Air Runes, and Air Running Tips- --I) Basic Financing -II) Companies III) How much do you need? IV) Pace Yourself -V)Chillax Method I) Clay The most effective thing to start out with is clay. First, get a pickaxe. You can buy bronze ones in the Falador mines from the dwarven people for 1gp each. If you head to Varrock, outside the south western corner is a mining spot. It's not that all popular but it's effective. You could also stay in Falador, your choice. Mine clay for a while. And when you have a nice amount, maybe 500 for now, note them and go to the Grand Exchange. Note- When selling or buying, Grand Exchange is GOD. You don't need to use God, feel free to be an athiest, but remember God is Almighty and incredibaly effective. Clay sells for approximately 90 gp each so you'll now have have 45000. Nice. Pat yourself on the back. You can continue to do that for a while or you can go onto soft clay. Soft clay is just that. Add clay and water together and the price jumps. I believe it's about 120 gp each. You can coninue to mine the clay and then wet it, but if you're daring enough, go ahead and buy clay from GE and get it soft. The profit isn't as high but you save so much time, it's like 5 times faster. So here's some quick math. Start with the 4.5k you got from mining the 500 clay or start with the 500 clay. 500 clay- 45k --- 500 wet clay- 80k 800 clay- 72k --- 800 wet clay- 128k That simple, that fast. Now on to... Method II) Coal and Iron I'm going to get my hopes up and think you have already TRIED the above method. If not you may want to. You'll need level 15 mining to do this, and the 500 clay will help. So let's hope you have level fifteen mining, then let's start with iron. Iron sells for a little less than 100gp each. So mine a bit of that. It should take about 300 to get to level thirty. So have fun with that 30k, and if you want, start with coal. Coal is harder to get, and isn't as fast as iron, but sells for a bit more than 170 ea. It's the best way to make money mining, unless your Zezima and can get Runite ore just by thinking about it. But let's face it, you're not. And if you have enough money, or time, and a smithing level of 30, a good method would be steel bars. Steel Bars sell or 600 each, so you can make the bars from scraps you mine yourself, or a faster way and much less profitable would to be, buy the ores make the bars. I personally buy the coal and mine the iron. I suggest smleting them in Al Kharid Again the quick math 100 iron ore- 10k --- 200 coal- 24k --- 100 steel bars- 60k Not as profitable as Clay, but not as boring and much faster. Method III) Cow Hide With Cow hides, you don't need anything. If you don't have any money you'll have to kill the cows yourself and get the hides. Becuase of that, you may want to scrounge up some armour and weapon. There are cowpens in the Crafting Guild, 'tween Lumbridge and Al Kharid, and north of the flour feild north of Lumbridge, by the Gnomecopters. I suggest going to the one by the Gnomecopters, there's a load of deposit boxes RIGHT THERE, and let's face it, gnomes are fun. The hides sell for 100 each, and bones sell for 90 each so if you want to takes those bones go ahead, but I don't neccasarily suggest it. Bury them if you want, just get dem hides. Hard Leather is also pretty decent. Just take the hides to the leather tanner and pay 3gp each to tan them into hard leather. That will increase your profits by 20gp each. So buy the hide then tan them or get the hide yourself it's up to you. Math Time!! 100 Cow hide- 10k --- 100 hard leather 12k 500 cow hide- 50k --- 500 hard leather 60k Method IV) Feathers This is another simple one, becuase all it takes is some combat. Feathers, selling at 5gp ea, are stackable and come from chickens, which are one of the easiest kills in runescape. The feathers come in sets of 5 and vary at 5 to 15 feathers a kill. So some math for you, assuming you average ten feathers each kill: 100 chickens- 1k feathers --- 1k Feathers- 5k Let me know if you have problems selling these, I buy boatloads. Method V) Bones That's just it. Collect bones. The normal ones sell 90 gp each and if you chill west of Al Kharids gates there are some players training on goblins and rarely take the bones. If your combat gets high enough then Hill and Moss Giants may be in your future. Hill giants chillax in the Varrock sewers and moss giants can be found in the sewers or the dreaded isle of Crandor. They both drop big bones, which sells for loads becuase it helps immensely with prayer. Big Bones sell for 400 each. Sooo: 100 bones- 9k 100 big bones 40k Method VI) Fishing Fishing and cooking tend to go hand in hand. But if you want to make some cash, don't cook the fish, they're worth more raw. Fish sell at lighting speed, and it's totally worth the hours of training your fishing when you reach level forty. Once you've gotten there, lobsters are your best shot. It takes forver to get them at forty, though, so keep training on something else until level fifty. Raw Lobsters sell for 300 something each. And in order for f2p players to get to Karajama Island, they need 60gp. So you'll only get 26 a trip and pay 60 each. SO WHAT?!! Just look at the math: 1 trip- 26 lobbies - 7.8k but minus 60 for it so 7740 a trip. 10 Trips- 78.4k If you don't want to spend 60 gp a trip for transport get an explorers ring and use cabbage teleport. It saves 30gp a trip and that loads right up in the long run. Method VII) Others Other ideas include woodcutting and runecrafting. Yews are the best choice for WCing, but you can't do it until level 60. In order to do it effectively you want to be level 70. It actually doesn't take the long to get there, but the logs you chop along the way don't sell for much or that well. Air runes make no profit unless you are at AT LEAST level 33. You grow levels fast but until then you'll have to mine your own essence. However, in order to unlock this skill you will have to do the Rune Mysteries quest. People say it takes for ever to mine but they must be drunk or something... and then there's Air Running. There are a lot of lazy people out there. I know, because I'm one of them. This method takes very little money and absolutely no skill WHATSOEVER. Buy some rune essence. Go to Falador in the Air Running world. You can find it easily by sorting the worlds by event, it's right there. Take out a tiara or whatever you use to get into the ruins, and as much essence as you can, unnoted. When you go in the ruins there will be people shouting "Open xN". N can be any number. That means if you request assistance form them, and bind the rune essence, you get how ever many rune essence you had, times N, in Air runes. You get the money and they get the experience. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* Tip I) Basic Financing The best way to save money is simple. Don't buy what you don't need and don't spend what you don't have. Save up. If you make like 80k a day, set up a budget. 50k goes to the materials I need to continue this money making method, and 20k to help me get to level whatever. That gives you 10k to spend on yourself. That may not sound like alot, but don't worry. That's an example. Make your own budget. You can use actual numbers like I'll spend 50k on this and what's left over I save or use percentages like, I'll spend 50% or whatever. What works for you works for you. Tip II) Companies Honestly, I can't say much on the matter as I don't like working for hiring people myself. But what a company is is a group of people working for someone. Duh. So let's say Tyler and Dylan are working for Allen. Tyler and Dyaln fish Lobsters for Allen. Allen will buy the lobsters for a set price and sell them for profit. If you want to start a business it helps to decide on rewards before hand. You can give them gifts, share of profits, the such. It's up to you. You can find more info on Google. Like I said, I'm not fond of companies. I'm a lone wolf. Tip III) How much do you need? Not many guides cover this but I think it's important. Sorry, but this is my guide so it's what I think that matters at the moment. If you're just making money to make money go ahead. But do you really need 180m at level three? What are you going to spend it on? Party Hats? Santas? That's uh pretty boring. You don't need 19 blue party hats! I don't see the point in having more than what you need. I'd like 180mil, don't get me wrong. But I bought what I needed, and I have plenty of money left over, so I'm pretty much chillaxing right now. If I see I'll need something I'll work to get it but I'm not going to spend all my time working to get money for items I don't need, ya know? LOL, I sound like a hypocrite. Random fact of the day: KM buys 2 of everything so her items keep their spots in the bank after she takes them out. OCD, much? Tip IV) Pace Yourself I don't know about you, but my attention span is in the negatives, and I like to eat. There's no way I'd sit here for three days straight just staring at the screen. I couldn't even if I wanted to, the library closes at five. (7 on Tuesdays!). It's not healthy, it's not natural, it's... inhuman. So, pace yourself. I sometimes say, I'll make a 100k profit using this method, then train my magic up another level. Perhaps if anyones online, we can get together and make some cakes and chill a bit. Don't over exert yourself, and now we've gotten to the next tip. Tip V) Chillaxing IT'S AN EFFING GAME!!! Don't stress out over it. So you don't have 17 party hats and you're only level 22. Who cares? I thought Runescape was supposed to be about drinking kegs, slaying dragons, and being abducted by talking cats. Just remember it's a game don't pressure your self and take it at your own pace. Remember the 10k I talked about in the budgeting section? Spend it on kites and toys and chocolate cakes. Not only do the above items rock out loud but you deserve it. *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* *-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-* I hope this has helped you if you have any questions PM me or send me an email if you'd like, KM1993@gmail.com and enjoy. I'll be sure to update if I find anything new, but untill then if you have any comments, about the guide, if you've tried it, hell, if you'd rate it that'd be awesome. THANK YOU. | In the feathers part. You say 'let's imagine you get an average 10 feathers per chicken 100 chickens = 10k feathers.'
