__| Introduction |__

Hello, and welcome to my guide on how to make money for free players! ( Members can do this too!) Please note that this may not be 100% accurate! By the way this is combat money making only!!! No skiller can do this without combat stats

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
__| 0-100k|__
1. You have just entered Runescape as a newbie, and you want to earn some money right! Firstly find your way to the chicken farm and kill them! ( No big deal even at level 3, as they're max hit is only 1 on any level. Just make sure you have a decent weapon)
They drop feathers up to 16gp, and bones selling for 133gp-147gp. ( Please note that these prices might change!) Keep doing this till you have 100k ( 100,000 thousand gold.)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

__| 100k-500k|__
Yay you've made your first 100k! Now you want to earn half of a million gold! I'm assuming you've leveled up while killing those chickens! So why not buy some armor and a better weapon! You may buy things from bronze to rune! Once you've got your weapon and armor, head to the cows right next to the chickens and kill them! ( if your below level 10 just bring 1 salmon or so ) They drop cowhides worth up to 226gp!

Keep doing this till you have 500k!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
__| 500k-1mil|__
So the last section of the guide, the way to earn your first or maybe last ( heheheh *devil look* ) million! Make sure you have 40+ defense and at least have adamant armor. Get a brassy key and a few good food, and head to hill giants, they drop big bones up to 600gp! Keep doing this till you have 1million gp! They are located near the grand exchange, just enter the small room ( need brassy key ) and go down the ladder, and kill them
Please note that this guide isn't 100% finished, I'm going to add pictures soon because I didn't have the time to. Please forgive me if I confused you in any way. Also this is my first guide so I may have some spelling mistakes.
I recommend cutting for yew logs if you want to work for eternity. Definitely cutting yew trees for yew logs is the best f2p job in the game. Then when you already have the enough money for GE merchanting you can do it, and sitback and relax while waiting for your profit but you can still cut for yew logs while merchanting if you want to maximize your money growth.
Although cutting for yew logs is the best, you can also try mining for iron ores, rune ores, coals and gold ores, and catching lobsters and swordfish. Choose whatever you feel is mentally easier for you.
Too bad I don't think problems like this anymore coz as of now I retired temporarily. I don't know when will I play again. Not thinking about games anymore as of now, just focused on my career as a nurse.
the only problem with lobbies and swordies is the excruciatingly long fish-spot to bank trip, otherwise its great.
I can definatly agree with Joe here. One great thing about Yew Trees, are you can get from 1-28 logs (maybe more) per tree. I've had trees give me a full inventory, and when i came back i got another 6-7 out of them. It's so much faster then mining, and theres no comptetition for ONE ore, theres just competition over who ever gets the log to make the tree fall. Then you move onto the next tree.
In certain places too, like Rimmington, there are a plethora of trees, so once one is down you can move onto the rest. These 4 trees alone can satisfy 10 people easily, allowing the other ones to grow in the time it takes to cut the 4th one down.
Yew logs also sell for a very high price, and dont seem to be going down to satisfy those fletching needs ;)
Big bones are ok, but 1200 bbones or such is WAYYYYY too much.
Also 500k worth of cowhides are just...blehhh. I used cowhides for my first 10 levels, then i went to training WC and fishing where i sold yews and lobbies eventually. Also the problem with cows is that they require no expertise, so everyone does it. Yews take a long patience to get to the right level, but the payout is extrodinary!
One last thing: I've made about 6m from Yew logs in my career. they have bought me from rune to rune (t) to (g) to guthix to zammy. Got me my green d'hide (g) and are currently helping me gain the money to get 50+ in all skills.
Yews are BY FAR the best money makers for F2P!
I'm working on a p2p method for which I will test the f2p equivalent. Hopefully it will prove the above statement wrong. We shall see!
Hint: it involves the wildnerness.
