Hex editor changes the color.

A Hex, is a specific code for colors people all over the world can use.

For example:

Hex #000000 = that is the hex code for black.

Some people say hex color, color code, hex number. but you get the idea.

The digits always include 6 numbers and letters.
0-9
A-Z

It doesn't matter if you make the letters caps or lower case.


Hex is often used for internet designing.

no... it's nothing like html...

html is a collection of high-level commands.

hex is actually a method of counting, by a base of 16.

normal counting is base 10, meaning there are ten unique numbers - 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9

so hex is just a simpler way of viewing binary, and a different way of counting from the conventional system
