Heres my fav. Firefox addons. highly reccomended ... exept for the first 1 ... dont use the first one unless you are high on the web-design charts ... like JS or advanced XHTML ...

Tamper data. This is a tool that allows you to edit outgoing packets before they leave. I only recommend this if you are an advance user!

Mouse Gestures. This extension lets you hold down the right mouse button and wave your mouse around to surf the web rather then having to move and click all the time. You can not only edit the gestures to your liking but the site also has a database of gestures that you can add on as extras. I'll only recommend this for serious users. (The interwebs R sris bisnss!)

IEtab. This extension lets you run Internet explorer inside of firefox. I recommend it for any serious IE hater. (Its great for websites that only work with IE).

Cooliris preview. This extension lets you preview links in a mini browser. Its really helpful for doing research because rather then having to click all the links on a search page you can just mouse over the little icon to see what the page is.

Adblock Plus. I love this extension. It blocks all those pesky little banner ads that are on nearly every page today. I recommend this for ALL USERS!

I use both IE and Firefox. My ad-ons on firefox is a thing that allows you to sneak peek into sites without clicking the link, so you don't need to waste time going back and forth and other things that I find useful. I like IE, though. I do not see much of the difference. I like the tabs on firefox, though.

IE 7 has tabs too ...
and there is a large differance between them. IE 7 does not show HTML as well ... accuratly as Firefox. Firefox also has more security features and is much easier to use. And much faster.

so .. yea :D
That's weird, for me it's the opposite way around. IE shows this website as text, links, and a white background. So, I actually switched to a Netscape Browser, which lets me switch between the rendering engines. In each tab, there's a button that gives you the site controls. On the bottom of the site controls menu are two different options for 'Rendering Engine'. One is IE, while the other is MFF. You can switch it at any time, and set it for either engine. You can also save it, so that each seperate domain opens in it's own seperate rendering engine, but it's all in the same window. It's so cool!
