when you ask who is the best soccer player there is none. like kato says the teams all have different playing styles but also the players.
from what you are asking you seem to be talking about goal scorers.
see different positions have different roles. like how defenders barely get and credit while strikers get all the credit. defenders have to get the ball off other players and kick it away while strikers have to bring the ball up, keep it from defenders and score.
this really means that there is no bbest soccer player as such.
i like Zinadine because of his head butt and Pele coz he is Pele.
also everyone has there own views on who is the best but once again there is no such thing. sure there are greats but do you see many defenders getting any credit or being called greats? no and that is annoying.

I dont think any of these guys are the best. Ronaldinio is the best out of these players, but there is no such thing as the best player because every player has his pros and cons u know?

for example...

rio ferdinand is the best...at defence

ronaldinio is the best... at midfield

way rooney is the best... at forward.
