You dont have to make awards to get a bulb though. Just something that helps.

E.G. A Promotary Video - Sorry guys, that jobs taken =)

Hmmmm, Should i get a lighbulb for that video??? i may help quite a bit. Ill ask Rita later.

that way everyone could have one
or how u post like how frequently or how accurate you are
just throwing ideas out
