Magic Training Guide to the F2P
From magic levels 1 - 99 in one month

Introduction
When not experienced, a player may use loads of cash on runes when not knowing the alternatives. Of course, you may always want to do this if you are very experienced and know the ways to make money. This guide will teach you (F2P) on how to train your magic level effeciently.

Before you begin
To start your magic training, I recommend you to have the following skills:

41 mining

These will help you alot and also to save money. If you don't want to craft your own, simply buy them, but it is not recommended as the runes are fairly expensive.

So, craft some air and mind runes and buy an earth and fire elemental staff to start off. If you want the exact amount of runes to craft/buy, see below.

Days 1 - 2
Step 1, levels 1 - 9

Runes needed: 177 air runes, 177 mind runes

Start using the 'Wind Strike' spell at first. Equip a blue wizard robe set (with blue skirt) and start maging the level-2 goblins. Do this until you're magic level is 9. It will take your under 30 mins.

Step 2, levels 9 - 40

Runes needed: 3817 air runes, 3817 mind runes, earth staff

Travel to Al-Kharid mine. Walk to the top of the cliff on the west side of the mine where the level-14 scorpions can't reach you. Mage the scorpions with 'Earth Strike' spell until your magic level is 40. This will take around 3 hours to complete.

Day 3 - 5
Step 1, levels 40 - 50

Runes needed: 11150 air runes, 5575 mind runes, fire staff

Start using the 'Fire Strike' spell now. Cast it on the skeletons in the Varrock sewer. Stand on the opposite side than the level-21 skeletons are and mage them. The reason you're not using crumble undead on these is because you're magic level is so low at this point that there is no use in using chaos runes yet.

Days 6 - 9
Step 1, levels 50 - 70

Runes needed: 25972 chaos runes, 51944 air runes, earth staff

Now, start casting 'Crumble Undead' on the same skeletons and from the same spot. You will get a huge amount of exp at a fast rate and only using one chaos rune and two air runes per spell.

Days 10 - 30
Step 1, levels 70 - 99

Runes needed: 546'525 chaos runes, 1'639'575 air runes, fire staff

Cast 'Fire Bolt' on the Lesser Demons at Crandor Isle. To avoid getting hit at all, mage them behind the safe spot. You are here 90% safe, as the other lesser demon CAN hit you from behind.

The last part, levels 70 - 99, will cost you (if you craft the air runes yourself) around 73M or so. This means it may take you more than a couple of weeks from 70 - 99 as you will be needing to obtain the money and buy the chaos runes in little amounts.
