Spiders at stronghold are good, I'm a member and I've gone there a lot of times to train. And Ice giants, Warriors as some have said are great too for free-to-play.

It would help if you told us if your member/free-to-play or not.

if youre looking for xp then u should def train on something that has a lot of hp. examples are rock crabs(mem), deadly red spiders, flesh crawlers. thats what i mostly train on. now if you want xp and some cash to go with it, train on moss giants, giants, ice giants, lessers, cockroaches(lvl 56 and 80 ones). good thing abt. hope i helped!

It depends what your build is, and when I say that I mean: "Are you a warrior (melee based), mage (magic based), or a ranger (bow and arrow)?"

For Warrior: I'd train at the Ice Giants/Ice Warriors.....not too much food but good exp at the same time.

For Mage: I'd train at the Lessers in the Karamja Volcano.....be sure to stay behind a pointy thing (sorry the name escapes me) as they deal a lot of damage if you get hit.

For Ranger/Archer: See Above....also wait till the coast is clear to get your arrows that you shot.

Hope I Helped, and if you need anything just PM me.

1. Bring food and kill monsters in Stronghold lvl 2/3/4.
2. Go to the blurite caves and train there. Prayer altar nearby and fishing store so just have some money, high cooking level. you can use your pray as much as you want and stay for as long as you have cash.
3. Lesser Demons if you're up to it.
4. Moss giants if you're a member or found a good way to buzz all the kill stealers off in Varrock Sewers or Crandor.
5. Jail Guards. Not bad to train on. No need for food just bring 3 items and run back everytime u die.
6. Stay with the Flesh Crawlers. I'm not sure what they can do for lvl 70's but I got from 50 str to 60 str in three days there.
7. Lvl 45 skellies in Karamja near where u fite Elvarg.
8. Black/White Knights. Black Knights have an altar in their fortress, so you can use your prayer as much as you want.
9. Cockroaches. Squash em.
10. from what I hear from member friends...experiments, rock crabs, shadow warriors, magic axes. Dunno wth those are though, so excuse me if I am inaccurate or aren't good exp.
11. Guards. Not recommended but good if you don't wanna be disturbed. Lots in 2nd floor of Port Sarim Jail though. And nobody goes there. If you wanna train mage/range there are tables there.
12. Outlaws. Again not recommended its just that it's isolated. Exp just for you.
