my sig isnt updating

they don't update everytime you level up, depends on which kind you use, usually they update daily

quest points do not update because they are not ranked on the hiscores list and dynamic sigs get thier level info from the hiscore page.

@mongo, the [img] tags are wrong. It should be [ img ] [ /img ] (without the spaces)

Then how come that they can get my quest points in the first place???

They don't get your qp's. When you initially make a stat sig, on some sites (like rsbandb) you can edit levels, which is useful when you want to add levels that aren't ranked. You can also put in your qp's. After that when you make a new stat sig with the same username they remember what you put in last time. But you have to update it yourself
