Need some extra cash, combat levels, prayer levels or food to sell or use in the wildy?

The answer to your needs, is “the chicken”
Chickens are incredibly valuable and are quite possibly the fastest re-spawning source of income in the entire game. In when you leave Lumbridge from the north and travel past the Al-Kharid toll gate, you will pass a field of cows on your right, and soon after, a small farm full of chickens on your left.
This works best if you take a woodcutting axe that you can use and a tinderbox with you. You kill some chickens and take the feathers, the bones and the meat. Then cook the meat while continuing to collect feathers until you have around 1000, which is about 70-75 chickens worth. You can sell feathers at 4-6gp each and lots of people at bank sales want feathers, so you can sell them all for about 3k.
You can also use your axe and tinderbox to cook the chicken and gain woodcutting, and cooking levels.

What you need
-Weapon
-Armor if you are a low level (below 6)
-Tinderbox (optional)
-Woodcutting axe or some logs (optional)
-The guts to kill a chicken (not optional)

Please note: not all chickens drop feathers. About 5/6 do though.

lol nice but if i am correct chickens are 4-5gp and high buyers are 6-10 ea.. so this may be useful to add on so people dont just get low amount of gold when they deserve more for killing...killing... and well killing...

i find that in every guide ive seen it alwasy has chickens... i dont find this idea to work members can easily get 10k+ feathers at 5 gp each if they know wat there doing.. and i have also never seen anyone ever buying feathers

O.O there are many people who buys feathers in F2P worlds, especially in 86,89, 1,3. mainly in varrock east bank though.
