| Make Money and Build Skills
Intro
Most money making guides don't work, but this is a guide I am working on, it'll show you how to make money while gaining levels in many skills at a time, mostly fighting. It will be great for new people who want to be a fighter, a worker, and a great money maker. Important things to remember:
If you ever need something that you can get yourself with a little training, get it your self.
Never carry your money with you unless you KNOW you are going to spend it, I know an idiot who has lost like 5k carrying his money with him.
Keep your bank clean. Don't keep stuff that has no worth, like ashes, or little used items.
When clearing out your bank sell everything that may have little value, it'll all add up.
Quests that you should do at the begginning: Prince Ali Rescue (to get into Al Kharid for free), Rune Mysteries (To make runes and mine rune ess) and (If you need some quick magic) Witch's Potion and Imp Catcher.
Always beware of the "Triangle of Ownage" Warriors own Rangers, Ranger squash the Mages, and Mages own the Warriors.
If you get bored working on one skill work on another and later you can come back with a fresh start.
*This Guide was created by KMilliron, and if you steal it there will be hell to pay. It was made for use of RSDivisions and whom ever KMilliron pleases.
Levels 3-20
First start off killing cows or chickens.
If you kill cows, there is a cow pen north of the grian mill, and a bit south of Varrock. Start of killing cows and keep saving the hide and meat. Store those and bury the bones. If you need food, you can work on your cooking and fishing by fishing in Draynor Village, it has the closest bank to the cow pen. Or you can use all of the meat you should have been saving up and cook those too. Be sure to keep switching between the types of combat you are building up. The go to Al Kharid and sell the cowhides for 25-100 gp each or save them for crafting.
If you kill chickens, there is a pen of them if you follow the path by Lumbridge north and turn west. Again, bury the bones, cook the meat and save the feathers. Feathers come in a bulk so they'll be easier to save up. Keep switching between the types of combat, and when you are done cross the bridge from Lumbridge to Al Kharid and Varrock. There will be fisher's there and if you brought your feathers you can sell them for 2-5 gp each or save them later for fishing.
In between your trips make sure you stock up logs and other foods so you can work on your other skills if you have time. If you want, you can work on mining and smithing to make your own weapons and armour. If you feel you have plenty of extra cash feel free to buy armour and weapons from other players or shops so you can fight faster and get hurt less.
If you worked on everything I listed above you will gain the followin levels:
The combats of your chosing
Firemaking
Woodcutting
Fishing
Cooking
Prayer
Possibly Smithing, Mining, and Crafting.
Levels 21-35
There are two ways to do this, if you want to make money train on dwarves. If you want to gain faster experiance, train on Al Khaird Warriors.
If you decided to work one dwarves, then you might want a decent smithing level. When you kill drawves they drop runes, smithing stuff, bones, and coins. You NEED to bury the bones to work on prayer, it is one of the hardest skills in the game. You may decide to sell the smithing stuff or use it. The Dwarven mines in Falador has the right equiptment. Same goes for the runes. You may use them or sell them. It all depends on what you want to do.
If you chose the Al Kharid Warriors, you can fight them with a friend becuase if you attack one of them all of the other ones in the room will attack you. The training in this is fairly simple, they drop very few items, and there is a bank and fishing spot nearby. I go here to help one of my brothers train every so often.
If you followed these instructions you may gain experiance in the following skills:
The combat skills of your chosing
Possibly smithing
If you cooked your own food you get cooking
If you cooked over a fire you get woodcutting and firemaking
Fishing, if you fished your food
Prayer
Levels 36- 45
This section depends on what skill you have been building, Combat, Ranging, or Magic. You can go to the Draynor sewers (If you do fishing) or the Scorpian Pit (I suggest Ranging or Maging) to train.
If you chose the sewers, than you get a much better loot than the scorpian pit. There are level 13 and 24 zombies and level 24 and 25 skeletons(?) and I suggest you work on the zombies if you want to make money. The zombies usually drop arrows, maces, bones and fishing bait. If you are a mage, I suggest you do the scorpian pit instead. There is a bank nearby where you can store your stuff and a fishing spot to get food using the bait you got from that zombie scum. If you want you can attack the skeletons and get their bones. Many people don't bury bones but when your prayer is high enough, it may save your life.
If you chose the scorpian pit, apparently you want to train hard, and pass over the money, becuase scorpians don't drop anything. If you are an archer or a mage you can stand on the edge of the pit and not worry about your health. If you are a mage, there are water and ifre runes that respawn at the Northern-most section of the pit. There are plate skirt and legs for sale in the market place if you have spare cash. There is also a nearby scimitar shop and fishing spot. I suggest you bring your own logs as there are no trees in the dessert but a cooking range is north of the bank.
If you did what this guide told you you may gain the following skill levels:
The combat of your choosing
Possible cooking, fishing
Prayer
Levels 46- 60
I make these guides as I go, telling you what has worked for me, but my player is only level 40. But I will geuss along the way what will be useful to you.
In this level span you should be able to take on the Edgeville dungeon. There will be Hobgoblins, Skeletons, Spiders, Rats, and who knows what else. The Hill Giants drop big bones wich sell around 300 and work great for prayer. There is also a killer mine here. The town is right by the wilderness and has very little players but most of them are strong, and rich. This is a great place to sell any great food, such as lobbies and cakes, that you've been selling. The ceatures in the dungeon have level ranges from 2 to somewhere around 38, so be careful.
You will gain various levels while following these instructions, results may vary.
