MM- Next time just put only your in game name, your e-mail is unneeded.

Jagex has now a new system. If you go on the Billing Options on their main site, they have the new way of paying, PayByCash. Just go on their site, and click on western union. On thei site they give the directions on how to fill up the form and such.
Btw, do you need a parent's permission?
