Thanks for posting, anyways lets get to the point. Well to start off, knowing your stats will be kinda helpful. If it's possible, mine coal or fish lobbies on P2P. (I figure fishing lobbies on F2P is tiring.) The way I used to go before I became member was to mine coal at the Lumbridge swamps and then bank at the Draynor bank. I figure this is fastest for me. But you can try the Dwarven Mines too if it;s not too crowded. (Remember to guild mine whenever possible) For members, you can try mining coal or fishing lobsters in Catherby, you could also cut willows and up for some cash.

If you're a member, then I suggest selling unidentified herbs, which you can get from drops by the Chaos Druids in Edgeville dungeon, in low level wilderness. And then, once you have some money (200K-300K), I suggest buying cowhides at the Al-Kharid bank in a free world for 100 each, and then selling them on the forums for 150 each...

Note: They might not sell/buy for this anymore...

If you're not a member, then I'll tell you how I did it: I mined a load of coal at the Edgeville Wilderness mine (about level 10) and continued mining coal when I got into the Mining guild.
