Are there any good ways to get to 70 def from 63 def and 70 mage from 63 mage??

plz dnt say experiments or fist of guth, im trying 2 find better ways

you could always go to PC (pest Control) for a while, but that can get boring. You just gotta train im afraid

Well they have a new thing in lumbi its like a mage house whare u can train there. Its by the general store.

Mage: alch, fire bolt iron dragons, slayer dart at barrows, mage training arena, basically any place where you can recover the cost of runes fairly easily
Defence: I like to use excalibur spec, it gives def boost, then switch to whip. As for the monsters, well the list is too big...

Mage:

Buy a mud staff or mud runes maybe. Get about 2k minds and curse. It's always good, it's cheap and easy. I said this somewhere but it's waaay better in members.

I know a place, go to the flesh Crawlers i believe it was....Go there and you can get your defense up there. It's in the stronghold of security, second level, the Brown looking one I believe. This is where my brother got his 99 defense. I think I got the name right, and the place right, all I know is it's somewhere in stronghold :D Can't ask him now tho, he's at camp sadly.....for 2 more weeks (then me and him go godwars all day ftw).
