Buy 100 rune plates, legs, kites and full helms as separate pieces for mid price.
Make them into sets through the GE.
look at how much it cost you to buy the pieces, then sell the sets for about halfway between mid and high price.

I find it easy buying the pieces in the afternoon, then sleeping and making and selling the sets in the morning, as you can only buy 100 pieces of rune every 4 hours.
