| Scim The scim is clearly faster and if you have a high str level you will surley own If you att is higher then your str then d long so u can atleast hit good sometimes      |

| OLD thread.. Bump? Im gunna post here becasue i think people ned to see which is better... Dragon Scimitar: + 8 stab, + 67 slash, - 2 crush, + 0 magic, + 0 range, + 66 str bonus, + 0 prayer Dragon Longsword: + 58 stab, + 69 slash, - 2 crush, + 0 magic, + 0 range, + 71 str bonus, + 0 prayer To tell you the truth.. they both have their pros and cons. D long is a little slower... d scimm is a little weaker. D long spec is very good... d scim spec is good in DA Either one is good... i have both (note that i didn't list defence stats of the weapons... nobody really cares about them.)

| i like the d scimmy personally i hit close to the same with both usually 14-18 maxing near 22 but d scimmy is faster and weaker long is slower and hits harder about the quests i beat the grand tree and tree gnome village in under an hour and monkey madness in less than 2 hours lost city in under 30 mins its your choice but i pefer d scimmy P.S. i have experience with both and consider them great weapons |

| Dragon Longsword. Good: 4 Specials. Good: Raises strength on special. Bad: Slower than Dragon Scimitar. Bad: Not as acurate. Dragon Scimitar: Good: Best choice of weapon for Strength training. Good: Faster than Draogn Longsword. Bad: Not high Strength bonus. Bad: Lousy Special. In my opinion... Dragon longsword if you want to take the unusual route and dominate. Dragon Scimitar for Strength training. |
