To begin, Head to karajama by boat or Glory Tele(Members).

If you used glory tele there will be a picture of a gift on the mini map. head over and talk to santy clause(sp).

If you used boat method (requires 30gp) then head east and north. untill you see a dock jet out north. talk to santy clause (sp).

After you`ve talked to him, and agree`d to help head east then south of the volcano, it should be snowing and you will see Piles of snow. Select the option to make snow ball

After about 50 snowballs are made. head south to the (i) on the map, and enter. There is only 1 creature in here so, find him and attack him while wielding snow balls select "Pelt", do this numerous times until he turns into shards, then pick them up. do this 13 times, then head back to santy clause, use 1 shard on each cage once done talk to santy clause and collect your reindeer hat F2p/Members, and tree for only Members Poh`s.
