most people use one called hypercam, but i use ZD soft screen recorder (because i like being different, and its suits me more as i record other stuff aswell), just do a google search for screen recorders and then choose one to download.

once you've made your recording it will save on your computer (wherever you choose, usually under "my documents") then you have to upload the video onto the net so others can view it. Its basically the same as image hosting but you use google again (yes, i use it for everything-its my homepage) and search for free video hosting. It takes a couple of minutes but they give you a link at the end and away you go...

btw: i dont like using googlevid or youtube for hosting my vids because they dont come out as clear as i would like and the page is always full of lots of other video and links. i find its easier to use simpler, less popular ones
