well i saw a lvl 112 with a p hat it was red i was in varrock in world one if i had a p hat wi wuld rock it out and wild go into the wild and show it off then step out to lvl 1 and come safer lol thats how full of myself i am lol

There WERE thousands and thousands, however now that most of those old players aren't active anymore or have gotten banned, most of the original party hats have disappeared therefore driving the price up.

A few years back it was not uncommon at all to see people with party hats.

guys i am going to say this once and only once, these things were not rare!!! they were extremely common until they stopped making them!!!they dont transfer these things, they are just players who play during the holidays and never leel their char, these i repeat for the last time were NOT rare!!!

When I play pest control I see a lot of people wearing masks, phats, santas, etc. The use to be very common, but not they aren't that common. I wouldn't say they are super rare, but it isn't like everyone has one now.
