Are you allowed to bring tinderboxes, logs and raw fishes to Clan wars?

Yeah, It would be something that would need to be practised a bunch, and I do see how req assist would have to be necessary, but then there is the fact just to bring cooked fish in.

Perhaps if the skillers gave cooked fish to the fighters then it would work.

Also, there would need to be a team of mages or something to gaurd the skillers, as they would be defenceless, and have no chance to run if they are under req assist.

Seriously, don't ask me. XD It's all my friend's idea, and he just wanted to ask you guys.

Here is my opinion. The req assist IS pointless. It's just that his clan has a fair amount of skillers, and he wants make good use for them in combat. I suggest it's all pre cooked, but that ruins the use of skillers.

Tell your friend here is how it would have to work:

The skiller stand near the portal with raw fish. The worriers come out with all their combat stuff including a tinderbox and about 3 logs each and all the cooked fish. 3 or 4 reserve worriers stand near the skillers to protect them. The war begins and soon the worriers run out of food, so they ditch the guy who is attacking him/her and run to the skillers. The skillers then trade a worrier and give them raw fish. The worriers req assist and cook the fish, and run back into battle.

Now the 3k limit will limit the use of this, but it'll work nonetheless.

It will probably work in HUGE clan wars with the toughest clans, because there will need to be a lot of planning for this to succeed, and you will need non-stupid people.

and i'm almost 100% certain you cannot request assist.
