Yes. As long as you have 40 def, you can wear rune chain mail.

I will be glad to cook for any 1. my cooking is 59, i can cook apple pie ( full thing heals 14), chocolate cake ( full cake heals 15) i will even make you anchovy pizza.( full pizza heals 18). It would help if you can gather me some eggs or jugs of milk to help me make it quicker (not requiring you to). im trying to reach 99 cooking.

There are a few guides and tips in runescapeaddicts forums, romeowannabe. You just need to look harder.;)

There are many ways to make money, din u have ways to make money b4 hand, b4 u got hacked? There isn't a fast way of making millions in my opinion, all methods require quite a bit of time.

Mining, smithing, fishing and cooking, woodcutting, or if u think ur real smart, try merchanting (buy low, sell high, just like stocks, except we're referring to RS goods like lobsters, runes, etc.)
