mining ess? that works it does take a while BUT u can just chill while ur character mines it the run to the east bank of varok-straight up from audbury-bank the ess and repeat endlessly!

Im having trouble finding out the best ways to train my agility...i could use some help, maybe just places where I should train ect. Thanks =)

Yea, brimhaven is for all levels, although it costs 200gp to enter, and the traps hurt you.
If you die, you lose all items except your 3 best.

I suggest taking cakes, and eating 1 bite when you get to 10 hp.
You are only hit 2 by teh traps if your hp falls under 20.

Thanks to that agility course my agility is 15.....lol it might not sound like much but its good enough for me, i gotta keep going though!!

If you wanna train agility, do the barcrawl. Then train in barbarian agility
course (when you have the level to!). If you cant, go to the tree gnome
village one till like 20 agility. Then, when you get 40 agility,
you can go to brimhaven and effectivly (sp?) train agility.
