Train on moss giants for additional prayer levels, black knights for quick exp, lessers for decent f2p drops.

It took me 4 days of straght training to get from 50 att and def and 51 str to 61 att and def and 64 str.


But that was on P2P.


So I can't really tell you.

But you can do it in a few weeks.
