Are Potatoes the F2p Flax?

I was bored so I picked up 100 potatoes.

I then got curious and put an offer up to sell it at lowest price. 71 gold each.

The offer immediately got completed. And I got more than lowest price.

Now, I'm not sure if I just managed to bump in some stew making guy in the GE.

Are Potatoes the f2p flax?

They may be pretty useful to members. If they cook it with cheese or something, it heals 16HP. Tuna potatoes sell pretty fast in the GE lowest price and heal 22HP (more than sharks), so cooking exp, and profit maybe be an incentive for potatoes there. On the forums, I see a few people offering to buy potatoes. I would suggest getting more potatoes and testing out how they sell in the GE, and if it continously works, I would say they may be a good income for F2P, though a boring and non-skilling one like flax. Good luck.

Potatoes are used quite alot in P2P cooking, as the foods they are used in give high experience, and alot of health when eaten.

Probably is smart thinking for potatos to be a good sale price in F2P. Can be just like Flax.

You can create a food item with it along with tuna, corn, and butter. To create a 1 piece food that heals 22 hp.

So it is quite useful. And fully understandable as to why the price is up for that.
