Go to USER CP in teh top menu,
scroll down and theres a recent rep thing.

use user cp scroll down towards the bottom it will tell you if any mods have docked you rep or gave you a little blackmark from being banned...

then below that it shows who gave you rep if they gave you rep then it will be a green dot and a reason why

then if they took off rep it will be a red dot and a reason why

however there will be no username so you sorta have to figure out who gave it to you and give them rep back if you would like

BTW the gems types are as followes,

Green - Plus rep, Amount unknown
Blue - just good stuff, i think plus 2 or none
RED!! - Bad rep negative rep points
