No, I have had like a max of 4.5m.

Combat really doesn't affect how much money you have.

I've seen level 3's with Phats.

Well,if the persons nice and stuff,i would not give money,i would give them things to help make money.For instance,give them enough iron to level up to steel bars,give them a load or iron and coal and get selling.Then they learn hard work,and earn the money themselves(well kinda)
