the fist of guthix is a new mini game that gives you a chance to get good armour and gauntlets that help your skills. AND IT IS A SAFE MINIGAME SO YOU WONT LOSE YOUR ITEMS IF YOU DIE!!!-

it is located in lvl 7 wilderness at the north of varrock and there is a bank inside.

once in you will see lots of druids and will be instructed to talk to lady fiara who looks like a giant earwig/slug.

inside there are 2 roles the hunter and the hunted

the hunteds role is to take a magical stone and absorb charges.

the hunters role is to kill the hunted this is only brief guide you will have to go on runescape website for more details

it is particually good for mage exp as you get runes for the arena u get 300 runes that take place of earth, air, fire, water and 1000 other runes which take place for the rest

Ok.
nobody has really posted a guide so i will post one i put together from experience and reading like 10 other guides.
HUNTED.
1. your hunter expects you to teleport straight to the middle so simply equip your stone and run around the edge of the arena until you are approximatly opposite.
2.your hunter figures you arent at the centre and runs to the edge now as soon as you get to the other side of the arena (see step 1.) walk (dont run or tele) to the centre stay in the mosh pit and charge.
3. if you see your hunter coming rune the opposite way as quickly as possible to the edge of the arena and when you can see him when you're at the edge of the arena start rtunning around the edge now he should start following you around the edge and as soon as he dips out of the mini map (falls slightly behind) so that he cant see you for a moment tlelport to the centre and this should keep him running in circles for a while.
4. after this you should have enough charges so just stay in the mosh pit and keep moving and if your hunter comes start moving around the mosh pit to stop him from being able to click on you.

HUNTER.
i have less experience in hunting
1. try to use the best binding spell you can whenever you see the them and the area to patrol is just inside the circle of those for teleport devices/house thingos and kill your enemy

Fist of Guthix is a really good for getting exp. also awesome prizes!
and i have a useful tip(its more like a mini-guide) when ur being hunted for players with very good prayer:
1)find out wat type of combat ur opponent is gud in (range magic melee or summoning)
2)cast protection from **** (where "****" is the combat ur oponent is gud in)
3 optional) drink prayer potions when ur prayer gets low
4)evilly cackle as ur opponent gets angrier and angrier
5)get a lot of tokens!!!!!!!
