Skull Sceptre @ Level 29
YAYYYYY. It took me around 1.2k Mithril Arrows and a lot of Tunas, but I managed to complete the Sceptre at level 29. (although I started collecting pieces at level 25, lol) :)

I safespotted at the Ankous and Catablepons. :D

best way to go if your low level. me, being level 64 dont us em. i got 800k, so i just buy food. CONGRATZ ON THE SKULL SCEPTER!!! i couldn't at that level, trust me
