new tutorial(and a lil fun)

ok so today i tried out the new tutorial
its actually pretty good
about sir vance and how u have to help him slay the 3 headed dragon and wat not
i also had a lil fun with the name

this is actually kinda bad if they let newbies kill dragon on the island, when they do dragon slayer, they'll think it's as easy as the one on here (and this 1 has 3 heads!) and get killed...

And they need to kill a lesser as well in the quest, and go through the Maze.

It's not probable.

I have done this, you don't get to fight the dragon. I did it the day it came out, but I'll try recalling what I did from memory:

[contains the storyline to the new tutorial, don't read if you don't wanna know!]

The story goes that a chaos druid (evil zammy monk) has unleashed a 3 headed dragon under lumby. Sir Vant (a white knight from fally) is sent to slay the dragon and you have to assist him whilst learning the ropes.

First you learn melee by killing a goblin that has found its way down there. Then you need to range the chaos druid (he's a mage) and get rid of him. Although Sir Vant succeeds in driving away the dragon, he is left injured. This is where your other skills come into play.

You learn to prospect & mine copper and tin, smelt a bronze bar and finally smith a bronze woodcutting axe. Using this your introduced to woodcutting and are required to make a fire to keep the knight warm. To heal him you learn the art of fishing and cooking.

There a few other bits to learn, and once completed the quest is done. The reward is: 2 xp lamps, the ability to leave lumby and also to use the chatbox (you cannot talk during the tutorial).

If you have already completed the old tutorial then go speak to Sir Vant. Tell him you'd like to kill the dragon and he will instead give you the 2 xp lamps.
