They are going to keep the low detail/high detail options the same for the current theme (I assume this is for users with slower computers- thats why they asked for computer specs the update before)

Then there will be an extra button for those wanting to use the new theme.

This is what i've been waiting for a long time. I'm sorry to say but for me as of now RS graphics is a little stupid compared to other game that's why judgemental people don't play it.
