Introduction

We are the Phoenix Elite. We're a fun, all-rounder clan with events ranging from Castle Wars and Clan Wars to Parties and skilling events in both F2P and P2P. We are a clan that doesn't take RuneScape too seriously and are united by a common love of fun! We are built around the belief that real life always takes precedence over the game and members are encouraged to pursue real world interests as first priority. We maintain a tight-knit, family feel where many friendships can be made and a lot of good times can be had.

In a time when the RuneScape clan world is full of RAW-list nerds, we are proud to care about more than just opts and average combat. So if you want a clan that doesn't just see you as a number and who won't kick you out for having real life commitments, you'll get a warm welcome at Phoenix Elite! :)

Requirements

The original founders of Phoenix Elite (Welli, Traveler89 and Smoke257) created the clan to be a fun refuge for all players. The 3+ requirements worked for a while and we came to be one of the better no requirements clans (something we didn't set out to do!) but it was eventually one of the things that lead to our demise. Since we restarted we've had requirements and due to demands from our members these have slowly increased over time.

Current Requirements are any ONE of the following:
- 80 Combat
- 85 Magic/Range

High Council

The Phoenix Elite High Council is the entire leadership team of the clan. It comes in three different tiers; High Council (Moderators) who are the lowest of the three. They are generally Legends who have proven themselves worthy of receiving a HC job (such as advertising) and the coveted silver crown that goes with it. High Council Oracles (sometimes called HC+) are the next step up. They are High Council Members deemed worthy to be forum administrators. The highest rank, High Council Elder, is generally reserved for founders. Only four people have obtained the rank over our 5-year running period and three of them helped create PE.

I don't really see the point in listing the High Council for you because a list of names means nothing. Join and meet them all for yourself!

Events

In the past we've held a wide variety of events, some that we've made up ourselves and some more generic events. We try to hold around 4 events a week so there's always something to do!

Why Join Phoenix Elite?

Community
We always try to make the clan atmosphere friendly with a sense of belonging for every single member. We have a diverse community full of people with differing views on everything. And most important of all; we are a family. A big, dysfunctional family. Don't be put off by the fact that some of our members have been with us for 3 years or more, there's always room for expansion at the Phoenix Elite household!

Activity
We always make over 100 posts a day on the forum and there is constantly something to talk about. Our IRC channel (#PEC) is usually packed with people to talk to. And in RuneScape we hold around 4 official events a week designed to cater for multiple time zones and we're always trying to expand that figure.

Freedom
Every major decision made within the clan is voted on by the members. Every member is free to suggest additions to the clan. Every single person's opinion is valued. And if you have a busy real life you are welcome anyway. We are happy to allow you to take inactivity breaks and will not kick you out if you cannot make every event. We just expect members to make an effort to be active.
