Hitpoints is probably one of the hardest skills to raise because you only get about 1.33 exp for each HP of damage you deal. Add that to the fact that outside of genies and other exp boosters, you can only get exp by fighting and you get a tough skill to train.
[edit] How do you find your hitpoints level?
- Go to the skills tab noted by a graph while playing the game.
- Go down to the picture of a heart in the second column on the first row.
- Your level will be ?/? with the question marks replaced by numbers.

The first number in the sequence is what your level is at at the moment. It can be drained by getting hit by an attack, spell, or certain prayers. It can be increased over time or by eating or drinking something to heal you. The second number is what you have trained the skill to be and is the number that the skill would be without any harm done.
