herbs are a good item to have and is highly wanted by members because of the ability to make potions that raise your level on certain skills and can be used with farming to grow herbs.
[edit] Training Herblore
The best way to train herblore is to either make potions or clean herbs. Cleaning herbs used to be Identifying herbs but Jagex changed it. Same experience, different action. Potions can be made through herblore as well. This includes the ever popular strength potion to the ultra awesome SUPER strength potion. Have fun mixing! Note: The Farmining skill can be used to grow herbs for cleaning.
[edit] How do you find your herblore level?
- Go to the skills tab noted by a graph while playing the game.
- Go down to the picture of a plant in the second column on the third row.
- Your level will be ?/? with the question marks replaced by numbers.

The first number in the sequence is what your level is at at the moment. The second number is what you have trained the skill to be.
