The dragon full helmet is a members piece of dragon armour. To wear the helmet you must have 60 defence.To obtain the full helmet the player must either obtain one as a drop from a Mithril dragon in the Ancient Cavern, receive one from a Barbarian spirit after lighting a pyre ship with Chewed bones, or trade with another player. It cannot be made by smithing.
