They can be gotten from drops from numerous high level monsters around the game. It is constantly getting updated. Recently, the dragon full helm was introduced. The chainbody is valued at nearly 15,000,000 because of the difficulty in attaining it. Defeating the Kalphite Queen is an arduous task that only sometimes yields the precious chain. It can also be won in a mini-game now and a drop from Dust Devils. The dragon full helmet is a new item and dropped by the fierce mithril dragon, making it 30,000,000. The other items vary from a few 100 thousand to a few million.
