Runescape is an MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) created by Jagex. In it, you are a Warrior, Mage, Ranger, or any combination, and can train so your character becomes more powerful. You can do pretty much anything you want, as long as you don't break the Runescape Rules. In order to make the gameplay more realistic, Jagex has created an entire history of the Runescape World.

Runescape has recently came out with a limit of a 3k trade limit and an assistance program. This eliminates most scams. They are still trying to limit down on the use of bots in the game. However hackers are still a major problem! If you know anyone at any time knows your password change it! Never ever share your pass with anyone! If you do may find your bank account empty and then you will lose your very valubable items! =(

In Runescape the main long term goal of the player is to get the highest level(99) of every skill by completing quests or doing a certain task for the skill (such as mining to raise mining skill), making a fortune (including holiday events, super rare armour, big amounts of food etc.)If you have a clan, a good suggestion is to do Bounty Hunter or Clan Wars. They did get rid of the Wild. If you want to have a party go to Falador Party Room and celebrate by having a fantabulous drop party!

[edit] Your Character

Your character starts out as a lovely noob at Level 3 Combat.(Noob means newbie(by Halifrien). Though you start as a person who can't even stab a rat, start out killing goblins. Yes, it will be a while before you get a high level Combat. But it will most definately pay off. This is the only way you will level up. Soon you will have to do quests such as helping a desperate cook and exploring the lands. If you are f2p there are Lumbridge, Edgeville, Barbarian Village, Varrock, Al Kahrid, Rimmington, Draynor, and Falador. There is also a world map to help you. ( Don't stress out! If you get lost, you can use the Lumbridge teleport spell with no cost). In time your character will grow . Do not stress or get frustrated with the game! If you do not get it ask a friend to help you. But, whatever you do, do not get frustrated trust me. We were all just like you in the beginning, completely helpless and not sure on what to do. Whatever you do remember everything from the tutorial. Whatever you do have fun and enjoy the game!
