Equipment is the gear that your RuneScape character has on him/her. as you advance levels you will be able to get more and better equipment.

When you have just started playing RuneScape the best armour you can get is normally iron. When your level reaches five in attack and defence you will be able to get steel armour, and so on. The better the armour the more it costs.
